CAPABILITIES

PCB Prototype & NPI Capability

HyperPCB builds prototypes in 24 hours express or 2–3 days standard with no minimum order quantity, a free engineer-led DFM review and every laminate family available — on the same lines that will run the production order.

A prototype that predicts production

Prototypes built on a separate quick-turn line tell you very little about the production part. We run first articles through the same imaging, lamination, drilling and plating processes as the volume order, so the data you gather on the bench still applies at 1,000 pieces.

What the DFM review covers

Annular ring and drill-to-copper margins, impedance feasibility against your stack-up, aspect ratio, solder-mask slivers, silkscreen legibility, panel utilisation and any advanced-column process your design relies on. You get a written list with recommendations, not a silent redraw.

Moving from NPI to production

Once the first article is approved, the stack-up, material lots, tooling and inspection requirements are frozen under revision control, and the same records follow every later build.
