— PCB ASSEMBLY
Prototype Assembly
HyperPCB assembles prototype quantities with no minimum order, free DFM and DFA review, and the same AOI, X-ray and test steps used in production — so bench results carry over to the volume build.

A prototype worth trusting
Hand-built prototypes hide the problems that will appear at volume: paste release on fine-pitch pads, thermal shadowing near a heavy connector, tombstoning on asymmetric passives. Building the prototype with the production process makes those problems visible while they are still cheap.
What the assembly review covers
Pad and stencil geometry, courtyard clearances, polarity marking, panelisation and depanel stress, test point access and connector orientation — returned as a written list with recommendations.
