PCB ASSEMBLY

Turnkey Assembly

HyperPCB runs turnkey assembly as one project: bare-board fabrication, component sourcing, SMT and through-hole build, inspection and test under a single purchase order, with one engineer accountable for the whole flow.

One purchase order, one accountable engineer

Split supply chains fail at the handoffs: a board arrives before the parts, a part is substituted without review, a defect is nobody's. Turnkey puts fabrication, sourcing and assembly under one schedule with one engineer who can answer for all three.

Substitutions are decisions, not surprises

When a part goes to allocation we come back with alternates and the specification differences, and wait for your approval. Nothing is swapped silently, and the approved alternate is recorded on the AVL.

Moving into repeat production

After the first article, the BOM, AVL, stack-up, profiles and test criteria are frozen under revision control, so a reorder is a repeat build rather than a new engineering exercise.
