Privacy policy
Plain-language version: we keep what you send us to quote your board, we keep your design files on isolated storage, and we delete them on request.
What we collect
When you submit a quote request we store the name, work email, phone number, company, country and industry you enter, the board details you choose, the message you write, and any design files you upload.
We do not run advertising trackers and we do not sell or rent your data. Site analytics are cookie-free and aggregated — they tell us that a quote form was started, not who started it.
Why we hold it
The only purpose is preparing and following up on your quote: reviewing manufacturability, pricing the build, and answering your questions. We also keep quote records to satisfy our own tax and audit obligations.
Design files
Gerber, drill, BOM and STEP files sit on isolated storage separate from the public website. Access is limited to the engineering and quoting staff working on your enquiry. We do not share them with other customers, and we do not use them to build anything other than your order.
A mutual NDA is available on request before you upload anything — ask and we will send it the same working day.
How long we keep it
Design files are deleted 24 months after the last activity on the enquiry unless your programme requires a longer retention, in which case we agree the period in writing. Quote records are kept for the period our accounting obligations require.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we will confirm within 30 days. If your data is processed in the EU or UK you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Processors we use
We use third-party providers for hosting, file storage, transactional email and cookie-free analytics. Each one processes data only on our instructions. We can name the current providers on request.
