Engineering-driven resources
Datasheets and design guides written by the factory, not the marketing team.
Mutual NDA Template
IP protection with isolated file servers and zero third-party access. Sign before you upload.
RequestHigh-Frequency Laminate Selection Guide
Datasheet library with Dk/Df tables, Tg values and recommended stackups across PTFE and hydrocarbon-ceramic families.
Get via emailManufacturing Capabilities & Tolerances Chart
The full process capability chart: layer count, copper weight, dimensions, surface finishes and impedance tolerances.
RequestPre-release data package checklist
- 01
Layer order is unambiguous
Name layers by function, not by export order. Include a stack-up drawing or a readme that maps every file to a layer.
- 02
Drill file matches the copper
Excellon with units and format stated in the header. Plated and non-plated holes separated, slots defined as routed slots rather than overlapping hits.
- 03
Board outline exists exactly once
A single closed outline on one layer. Duplicated outlines on mechanical and keep-out layers are the most common CAM hold.
- 04
Impedance targets are written down
Give the target, the tolerance and which nets they apply to. Without them we build to the stack-up, not to your model.
- 05
Fabrication notes travel with the data
Material family, IPC-6012 class, surface finish, mask and legend colours, coupon and CoC requirements.
- 06
Nothing is missing from the archive
Zip the whole CAM output folder rather than picking files by hand — a missing inner layer costs a full quoting cycle.
File formats we accept
Loose CAM output is fine — you do not have to package anything. Limits are 25MB per file and 40 files per quote.
Gerber, drill and netlist
RS-274X, Excellon, IPC-D-356. Numbered inner layers such as .g1 – .g30 are accepted as well.

Archives
Zip the whole CAM folder when the set is large or when the layer naming needs a readme alongside it.
