Scope

These terms cover your use of this website. They are not the supply agreement: commercial terms — price, payment, delivery, tolerances, acceptance and liability for a specific order — are set out in the quotation and order confirmation we send you.

Capability figures on this site

The layer counts, line widths, drill sizes, impedance tolerances and lead times published here are production-verified limits, not a promise that every combination of them can be built together. A stack-up that sits at several limits at once needs engineering review, and we will tell you plainly when a design is outside what we can hold.

Figures may be updated as processes change. The quotation you receive governs your order.

Quotations

A quote request through this site is an enquiry, not an order, and does not create a contract. Quotations are valid for the period stated on them and assume the design data you supplied is complete and final.

Your design data

You keep all intellectual property in the files you upload. By uploading them you confirm you are entitled to share them with us for the purpose of quoting and manufacturing, and you grant us only the licence needed to do that work.

We do not reuse your design data for other customers. See the privacy policy for storage, retention and deletion.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to disrupt the site, probe it for vulnerabilities without written permission, or use it to submit unlawful content. Automated scraping that degrades the service is not permitted; AI crawlers that respect robots.txt are welcome.

Site content

Text, diagrams and photography on this site belong to us or are used with permission; third-party photography is credited on the image credits page. You may quote short extracts with attribution and a link.

Availability

We aim to keep the site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and we may change or withdraw content without notice.
